I've eaten here 3 times. First time I only got coffee. Not bad. The next time, I ordered a media luna with ham & avocado. They brought it without the avocado because they didn't have it. Well, I want avocado & they charged me the same price. They should have told me it wasn't available so I could order something else. There's no physical menu in the restaurant. So, while the internet is down we could not order. And the waitress did not tell us what was on the menu or prices because she was poorly trained. This is a bus station. We don't have time to wait 30 minutes,
The service overall was unreasonable and unsatisfying. First, the staffs are bad at calculating the total amount. Even more, although they notified me the wrong price, they did not admit their fault. On top of that, they never apologized. I found all of these very unprofessional and really unpleasant.
